Grapes : Trebbiano, Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Puntinata
Grottaferrata. Grapes are fermented in open amphoras and then fined for 9 months in buried amphoras. Strong and Complex bouquet, with flowery -jasmine above all -and peachy notes, enriched with almonds and apricots. Well baanced with a great aromatic persistence, given by Malvasia, and a pleasat tingling crispness, provided by trebbiano. Simply addictive.
