Refund policy
Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
You must notify us of all wines which are due to be returned for any of the reasons above within 7 days from delivery of the wine. You can call us on 07904570964, notify us by email at isabel@passionevio.co.uk.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Corked/Spoiled Wine
Please let us know if you find a corked/spoiled wine as we can discuss substitutions. We can exchange a corked wine with no time limit. With regards to spiled wines, as we have no control over how the wine will be stored by customers, we can only exchange it within 30 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
