UK Delivery:
PLEASE NOTE - due to new legislation, we cannot take international orders.
FREE DELIVERY - We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £99!* unless purchasing when general discounts are applied (flash sales, Black Friday)
Delivering during busy festive periods or big offers may take longer than usual.
*Available to addresses in mainland UK, with some postcode exceptions - see below
*Next Working Day Delivery. On orders placed before 11 am provided the wine is in stock at the time of the order.
*In the event of stock issues or different vintages available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss arrangements.

Spend over £99 for FREE Standard Delivery (order by 11 am)
We offer FREE Standard Delivery for all orders over £99 placed before 11 Monday to Friday to mainland UK addresses, with some postcode exceptions*. We use DPD Next Day Delivery, but the delivery can take up to 3 days to arrive depending on stock availability at the time of order. For orders placed on Thursday after 11 am, the next available day for free delivery will be Monday. If you wish to receive your wine the next day please select the SATURDAY DELIVERY option at checkout Orders under £99 will have the following delivery charges :
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY by 6 pm GBP 9.90
- SATURDAY DELIVERY by 6 pm GBP 9.90
- SATURDAY DELIVERY by 12 pm GBP 15.00
Delivery charge is added at checkout.
Please note that orders placed online on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday in case of out of stock products. For orders under £99, we have worked hard to find the best price we can, bearing in mind that wine is both heavy and fragile.
Delivery is provided in the UK via DPD courier, and you will receive an email or text confirmation. You can reschedule the delivery with DPD couriers.
If, after several unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be signed as "unable to deliver" and reconsigned to us, we will, unfortunately, have to charge you for a new delivery (as we will have to pay DPD a new delivery).
We strongly advise communicating with DPD or getting in touch with us for any issue with your delivery.

If you order in advance of a few days and your order does not arrive on your requested date, we will refund the delivery fee, but we cannot refund the total price of your order.
Please note that we do not issue refunds if the order does not arrive on time due to circumstances outside our control (if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, if the selected wine is out of stock and we couldn't reach you on time for example, or the third party delivery company delays for an unforeseen reason beyond their control).
If the delivery cannot be made because your chosen date is a local public holiday, your order will arrive the next working day. In this case, no refunds will be made.
Ireland Delivery:
Spend over £99 for FREE DELIVERY.
Saturday delivery to Ireland is not possible when ordered on a Friday; as mentioned below, a next day service is a 2-day service during the December period; it can take up to a week.
All orders placed to Ireland will be dispatched on the next working day when ordered after 11 am. Therefore, on average, our orders will take 2-3 days to be delivered.
Europe and Rest of the World Delivery:
Due to new Brexit legislation, we are not currently taking orders for international deliveries. However, we hope to review this decision at some point, when the legislation and paperwork are better understood, and there is more visibility on delivery charges.
Please note that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands; including Guernsey and Jersey.
