Daniel Manetti guides you through six wines from the growers every Burgundy lover talks about in lowered voices, from the chalk of Chablis down the Côte d’Or to the red villages of Gevrey, Chambolle and Vosne.

The evening opens with Champagne, and the wines are accompanied by the finest tartare and charcuterie.
