100% Chardonnay

THE WINE
San Giacomo di Teglio, Valtellina. The vineyard lies in the mountain and enrich the wine with lively acidity and a broad aromatic profile. A very balanced Chardonnay, complex and precise, flinty and stony on the nose and enriched with creamy shades given by lees and batonage, partially fermented in stainless steel vats and the other part in Small wooden casks, nine months ageing in Steel Vats and oak Casks, and further six months of bottle fining.
