Grapes : Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella.
Light and shiny ruby red with slightly purplish red highlights. On the nose is nice and fresh. Aromas of red fruits (grenadine, blackcurrant) supported by notes of olive and pepper and elegant woody notes. This Valpolicella has a light palate of red fruits that seduces with its crispiness and delicately woody fruity aromas. The finish stretches with fresh notes and fine, supple tannins.
Food Pairing : Chicken salad with pomegranate and walnuts. Osso Bucco alla Milanese, beef Lasagne, spaghetti bolognese.
