THE WINE
This wine was born out of the idea of creating one wine mixing together all the different grape variety cultivated in the Il Torchio Estaet. Each variety is harvested, destemmed, fermented with Carbonic Maceration & vinified at its own time, and they are finally refined all together in Oak Wood vessels. Only 4,000 bottles a year. Unfined.Unfiltered.No added sulphites.Natural.
