THE WINE
The Rosato is a pure Nero d’Avola, edgy but classy. It is technically a rosé, but it needs to be considered a super light red because it contains a great structure, a fraction of tannins and a beautiful zesty citrusy acidity, which will make love with the light, young cheeses. Fresh, fragrant, crunchy, and absolutely second to none.
From a super small producer called Sergio Genuardi who - right in the middle of Sicily, 400m above the sea level

Match it with white game, white meat, and young cheese, and you will fall in love with it.
