THE GRAPES
100% Asprinio from ancient alberata aversana vines (50-350 years old) in Campania’s Agro Aversano, climbing high on sandy, volcanic soils near Aversa.

THE WINE

A brilliant, high-acid sparkling wine celebrating Campania’s rare indigenous hero. Straw yellow with persistent fine perlage, it bursts with citrus, lemon peel, green apple, white flowers, and delicate spice aromas. Dry and harmonious on the palate—fresh, sapid, balanced—with vibrant minerality and a lively, refreshing finish. Pure territorial expression made via the Charmat method (6-8 months on lees).

THE GRAPE
The grapes are known for their high acidity, which lends the wines made from them a refreshing and crisp quality. For this wine, the grape harvest is carried out of full ripening, which imparts an extra touch of sweetness to the wine.

THE PAIRING
It pairs well with all courses, especially seafood dishes, raw shellfish, fried foods, and buffalo mozzarella.

FOOD PAIRING
Perfect aperitivo; shines with seafood, raw oysters, fried calamari, light fish dishes, or Campania mozzarella—ideal for celebrations.
