THE WINE
It is made from grapes harvested only in the best years and best vineyards. Chardonnay, which conveys elegance and finesse, and Pinot Noir for texture and vinosity. It has a soft sparkle with continuous and fine perlage—hints of yellow-flesh fruit, but also light toasting. In the mouth, it has a good acidic verve with a full and savoury taste.
