THE WINE
Esegesi is Eugenio's Bordeaux.
Very nice natural wine with depth and no funkiness.
This wine comes dynamically young in the glass with very dense colour, opens with notes of clay, yoghurt with berries, wet undergrowth and musk and unfolding layers of rich red and black fruit notes to finally emerge with the pepper tones hints of roots. On the palate, the tannin is present in its sweetness; it runs with a well-finished character, wrapped in a fleshy material, with a powerful extension.
By a Guru and Master of Biodynamic and low intervention ideology.

THE PAIRING 
any grilled meat, especially the local Carne salada, speck, canederli and polenta taragna.
