THE WINE
This Rosato della Piana d'Albenga is crafted from the historic and increasingly rare Rossese di Campochiesa grapes, brought to life through a project to restore an ancient vineyard. The bright light pink colour embodies the mineral-rich red soils of the region, offering fruity and floral notes that elegantly dissolve on the palate. As fleeting and enchanting as morning dew at sunrise.

Rugiada features a brilliant light pink hue and captures the essence of the red soils' minerality. With floral aromas of lavender and fruity hints of wild strawberries, this rosé delivers a savoury and light taste. The winemaking process involves the gentle pressing of whole grapes, nitrogen clarification to protect primary aromas, controlled fermentation in steel tanks, and ageing on the lees until the spring following the harvest.

Our producer recommends enjoying Rugiada as an ideal companion for aperitifs and appetizers with fresh and lively notes, creamy cheeses, and seafood delicacies. Serve at a recommended temperature of 14°C.
