A juicy, high-altitude Dolcetto with crunchy red fruit, savoury freshness and the kind of easy-drinking charm that makes a second bottle disappear.

THE GRAPE
100% Dolcetto from Cristina Prandi’s high-elevation vineyards in the Langhe, where cooler air keeps the fruit bright and the wine beautifully alive. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete, allowing Dolcetto to show its most honest, energetic side.

THE WINE
This is Dolcetto with its shoes off. Bright, fresh and properly juicy, it opens with cherries, raspberries, wild berries and a hint of violet, followed by a gentle mineral note and the classic almond-like bitterness on the finish. Fermentation and ageing in concrete keep the wine crunchy and direct, with soft tannins, lively acidity and an unmistakable Langhe appetite.

FOOD PAIRING
Salumi, pizza, grilled sausages, mushroom pasta or a plate of roast chicken. This is the bottle to open when lunch is already happening.

THE WINEMAKER
Cristina Marello Prandi is one of the new voices to watch in Barolo. Working with small parcels in Paiagallo and La Morra, she farms with an instinctive respect for nature and family tradition, allowing the vineyards to lead rather than forcing them into a recipe. Her Dolcetto is the most immediate door into a remarkably personal Langa story
