THE WINE
Rare varieties this elegant Nosiola, a grape variety only grown near Trento on the slopes of the Piano Rotaliano from the Alps of Northern Italy, gives a warm and round mouthfeel with tropical hints and a sustaining acidity for freshness. Young hazelnut notes, marzipan and sweet yellow flowers. Half of the grapes ferment in old barriques (5-10 days on the skins) and the other half in stainless steel vats, nine months maturation on its lees.
