Malvasia Istriana.
THE WINE
Malvasia Istrian tends to be fresher than wines from other Malvasia and slightly less aromatic.
The bouquet is led by fruity notes and intense aromas of dried flowers. There are hints of yellow peach and almonds, with wet stone and sage mineral notes. The wine is enveloping, fresh, with excellent balance and pleasant drinkability.
Only the best grapes are selected for the production of this Malvasia, with indigenous yeasts and organic certification.
Afterwards, the wine is aged partly in stainless steel tank and partly in French oak barrels for ten months before being bottled.

Excellent with soups and risotto, seashells, oysters, fish and white meats.
