THE GRAPE 
Chardonnay.

THE WINE 
Rich, textured Chardonnay which expresses the regional freshness of the Trentino Mountains. 70% of the fermentation occurs in used barrels, and the rest in stainless steel. Chardonnay DOC from Trentino is a famous interpretation of the well-known international grape variety.

The scent is delicate, with hints of almond flowers, green apple, exotic fruit, banana and citrus. In mouth ripe fruit, melon and yellow apple also emerge.The taste is dry, sapid and slightly bitterish.

THE PAIRING 
Seafood with buttery and brown sauce, grilled salmon, chicken, polenta, pork, potatoes, and rich vegetable stew.
