THE WINE
A wine of the volcano from vineyards at 750m above the sea level. Medium intensity and structure . With a straw yellow color with green hues, at the nose reveals notes of white fruit, anise and almonds on a background of saline notes. In mouth it shows excellent freshness and flavor, with almond's long and pleasant finisd.

Fish and Seafood, white Meat, Grilled Vegetables, and soft Goat Cheese.
