THE WINE  
Fresh, dried raisins, ripeness with underlying chlorophyll, juicy prunes. The herbaceous note affords some welcome tannin to the wine. Mint and a delightful dry finish. Earthy, a big wine, again with a touch of “goudron”. It is so unique that a sweet wine can be so drinkable. There is harmony, wonderful spice, green tobacco leaves, pepper chocolate, the kind you cook with.

THE PAIRING
It is a personal wine that encourages food pairing, even with non-sweet dishes like blue cheese. As a sweet pairing the best one would be the dark chocolate truffle.
