The Fabrizio Bianchi Rosato is produced from the youngest Sangiovese grapes at Castello di Monsanto. The wine has a great structure and a surprising ability to age, with notes of pleasant florals. This soft pale pink rose is produced through a short grape maceration period. Hints of wild strawberries and nectarine. On the palate full of strawberry, raspberry and floral flavours with a subtle minerality
