THE WINE
The Italian answer to Provance Roses! Bardolino Chiaretto, as it is known locally, is home to Italy’s greatest rosé. Made with a whole bunch of pressed grapes from Lake Garda’s eastern shore – where the glacial soils create wines with unmistakable minerality – this crisp and refreshing rosé is produced organically by Stefano Casaretti.
