This is a distinctive wine with a savoury salinity forwardness you will rarely find in a cabernet sauvignon. Behind this beautiful and elegant salinity is a perfectly balanced classic Cab Sauv with both tannins and acidity. Holding together a unique full-bodied blend of smokey intense dark fruit that develops smoothly in the mouth and has a long persistent complex finish which lingers. Enough complexity and biodynamic grace to satisfy both natural and classic wine drinkers alike. This vintage is a must.
