THE WINE
Bordeaux style. A wine made in the traditional and historical Chianti area stretches out of traditions. THE WINERY
The female energy that powers the Buccianera winery has three tireless generators: Anastasia, Alessia & Roberta.

These three sisters, the 5th generation of winemakers of the estate, took over the entire management in 2014 when their father passed away."Buccianera" comes from the grandad's nickname, which means 'dark skin'.Anastasia's grandad had lived in the vineyard his whole life; due to the number of hours spent under the sun in the fields, he had a very dark skin, coloured and thickened.

The Buccianera estate lies on one of the most beautiful and highest hills of Tuscany, in the Arezzo municipal district, at altitudes varying from 250 mt to 600 m. above sea level.
