Grape : Vermentino & Moscato.

 

Produced in the extreme eastern Liguria this wine underwent a slight maceration on skins for 4-5 days and all the phases of the vinification was decided according to the moon calendar. This makes it a sincere and pure white. Fresh & clean due to the vinification and maturation in stainless steel with a bouquet of juicy citrus, Mediterranean herbs and light mineral imprints. No filtration Natural organic no added sulphites.

 

With each new vintage, the Torchio winery brings the further affirmation of Gilda & Edoardo, Sister and brother, into a very conscious and improved natural winemaking, after having inherited the vineyards from the grandad.

 

Food pairing: Absolutely delicious with some seafood like crab or lobster.
