 the Malvasia & Moscato provide an almost never-ending list of complex aromatics: rose blossom, lime pith, ginger, tinned peaches, clementine zest and more. The Spergola adds an integrated tannic structure that only improves and becomes further embedded with time. Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites. Natural. 

Food pairing : So much going on with this fantastic wine and it really stands up to the heavy Emilia cuisine. Put it on the table with formaggio-laden pasta dishes, salumi and porcetta. Sublime stuff!
