THE WINE
The wine has an intense straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it presents fruity notes with hints of citrus, floral and white flowers, and pineapple, along with a subtle hint of minerality reminiscent of the volcanic soil where it thrives. It has a fresh taste and light body, is savoury and rich in mineral salts with a return of citrus and a slightly smoky aftertaste.

THE PAIRING 
It is best consumed young, preferably within the first two years. Whether enjoyed as an apéritif or with seafood delicacies, this Falanghina embodies the essence of Southern Italy's sunny Mediterranean charm.
