THE GRAPE
Asprinio

THE WINE
Asprinio grapes are renowned for their high acidity, which imparts a refreshing and crisp quality to the wines produced from them. The wine exhibits a characteristic intense straw yellow colour. On the nose, it offers fruity notes with hints of citrus, floral, and white flowers. The taste is fresh with a light body, savoury and rich in mineral salts, with a return of citrus and a subtly smoky aftertaste. Grapes undergo crushing and destemming before ageing in steel containers for about 6 months.

THE PAIRING
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood, fish dishes, and fried foods.
