THE WINE 
The Monbrichè is bright, lively, purplish, and dense, with traditional violet hues. The nose is floral with hints of violet and cyclamen and notes of cherry, blackberry, and red currant. Intense, elegant, and typically harmonious. On the palate, the initial taste immediately highlights a beautiful structure and a certain astringency, far from "dolcetto," I would say. In the retro-olfactory phase, notes of fresh almond alternate persistently with Marasca cherry and a pleasantly bitter finish of sour cherry, which linger thanks to a subtle acidity providing support.
