THE GRAPES
100% Timorasso from young organic vines (5-10 years old) in Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont, on clay-limestone hills at 170-500m altitude.

THE WINE
A fresh, approachable introduction to Piedmont’s noble Timorasso. Bright straw yellow with green reflections, offering lively aromas of white flowers, citrus, fresh fruit, and subtle honeyed notes. The palate is mineral, crisp, and slightly sapid—lighter structure than its big brother Derthona “Cà degli Olmi,” with 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel for clean, vibrant purity and easy drinkability.

FOOD PAIRING
Versatile daily white: seafood, white meats, light pasta, risottos, or fresh cheeses—perfect for fish or even subtle chicken dishes.

THE WINEMAKER
Luca Canevaro’s certified organic estate in Avolasca (Colli Tortonesi), part of FIVI independent growers. From the 2016 family spin-off, brothers Luca and Stefano focus on native Timorasso with minimal intervention, letting Tortona’s unique terroir shine through stainless steel and short lees ageing for authentic, territorial freshness.
