THE WINE
Umberto Fracassi produces this warm and traditional Barbera in his small Albese winery in the province of Cherasco. This delicious red wine is ideal during autumn and winter. Fracassi uses oak barrels of different sizes and ages for the ripening process. Two year in wood en one and a half year riping in the bottle before leaving the cantina The nose is soft and spicy with a strong fruity aroma and taste classic and silky with medium body and strong acidity.
THE PAIRING
This wine is incredibly versatile and can easily be enjoyed on its own or with pizza, pasta and roast meat dishes.
