THE WINE
San Gimignano. Fruity aromas of apricot and pear, with a whiff of jasmine. In the mouth freshly and delicate flavours of stonefruit (white apricot) and ripe apples,finishing with a pleasant and sweety aftertaste with a touch of almond.
THE PAIRING
Ideally, all dishes are based on extra virgin olive oil, typical product of Mediterranean cuisine. Rice with saffron or truffle, all fish dishes, both raw and cooked, with white meats and fried vegetables.
