THE GRAPE
100% Nebbiolo from Tenuta Cucco’s Serralunga vineyards. It is the estate’s more immediate expression of the variety: all the perfume and energy of Nebbiolo, without asking you to wait a decade before opening the bottle.

THE WINE
Fresh, juicy and unmistakably Piedmontese. The nose is full of cherries, strawberries, rose petals and gentle spice, while the palate is bright, supple and fragrant, with fine tannins and a clean, refreshing finish. This is Nebbiolo with the windows open—lighter on its feet, generous with fruit and ready for the table.

FOOD PAIRING
Vitello tonnato, roast chicken, salumi, mushroom dishes and everyday pasta with ragù. Serve it slightly cool, especially when the lunch is long and the weather is warm.

THE WINEMAKER
