Mainly Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) + Brugnola, Rossola & Pignola.
One of the lightest expressions of Nebbiolo: extremely delicate, with blackberries, wildflowers and fresh-cut herbs burst on the nose,while the palate is light, tart, with a good sourness. Utterly delicious - this is an easy-drinking red! Stainless steel only. Minimal intervention. Hand-Harvested.
Ideal with starters, cured meat (especially Bresaola) and also grilled or stewed red meat.
