Style
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by the Community of San Patrignano is made from olives harvested from prized cultivars, grown on the green hills of Coriano, in the province of Rimini. Manual picking, continuous pressing and storage in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen.
Its color is golden green and shiny. On the nose it immediately reveals an extremely inviting aroma; fruity scents of fresh olives rise of medium intensity and long persistence, accompanied by notes of chicory, pine nuts and moss, and the scent of freshly mown grass.
The taste reveals a complex and rounded oil, with a suitably spicy and bitter finish. An excellent oil both from a qualitative and gustatory point of view. Excellent for seasoning raw and giving a refined taste to your salads, grilled fish, grilled meat and soups.
