Obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle - ancestral method. Short maceration on the skin overnight. The free-run juice (mosto fiore) is added to the base wine again before bottling.
Golden colour, fresh yellow apple which tends to candied, acidity, saltiness.
4,500 bottles produced in total.
No added sulphite.
White meat, rabbit, cheese, fried fish, fried vegetables.
