A stunningly beautiful biodynamic blend this amazingly vibrant natural red comes from old vines dating back to 1972 in Tuscany’s Mugello area. It ferments naturally in cement for 2-3 weeks and was bottled with no fining or filtration and only minimal amounts of added SO2. It dances on the nose and palate to the tune of fresh wild cherries, Autumn musk, crushed violet petals and a hint of spiced plums. Maturation in stainless steel tanks and bottled 6-8 months after the harvest. this is the everyday wine from the master of biodynamic agriculture, Michele Lorenzetti, who besides being a consultant for many bio wineries in Italy, Slovenia and Argentina, also runs his vineyard in Tuscany.
