An evening of White Truffle, Piedmont and wonderful wine

Join us for a very special dinner celebrating the majestic white truffle — one of Italy’s most precious and fleeting delicacies.

For one night only, Conor Gadd will be at the stove, Meera Cortesi, our truffle queen will guide us through the truffles, and Luca Dusi will be behind the bottles, selecting and presenting a lineup of exceptional wines.

Together, they have created a menu designed to let the white truffle shine: fragrant, earthy, luxurious and utterly seasonal.

  • Chopped veal with white truffle
  • Risotto Bianco with white truffle
  • Stuffed rabbit loin with polenta and white truffle
  • Mont Blanc with White Truffle

A journey through some of Italy’s most exciting bottles, with a special focus on Piedmont — the natural home of both Nebbiolo and white truffle.

  • La Montina, Franciacorta DOCG N/V— Lombardy

  • Tenimenti Rossi Cairo, Barolo Bricco Vogher DOCG (2019) — Piedmont

  • La Raia, Gavi Pisé DOCG (2020)— Piedmont

  • Franco Rocca, Barbaresco Gallina DOCG (2019) — Piedmont

  • Elio Sandri, Barolo Perno Riserva DOCG (2016) — Piedmont

  • Azienda Agricola Carussin, Filari Corti  Moscato d’Asti DOCG (2023) — Piedmont

A note on the wine - Luca will always serve every wine at its very best. If, on the night, one of the selected bottles is not showing as beautifully as we would like, he may substitute it with another equally exciting wine from our cellar. The standard, care and quality of the pairing will always remain the same.

Good to know

Your ticket is your seat: no physical ticket will be sent, just bring your name and your order confirmation. Bottles from the dinner will be available to buy on the night for a special price. Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to pass yours on to a friend — just let us know the name. If you can't make it and have no one to pass it to, tell us as soon as you can: we usually keep a waiting list, and if we manage to resell your place, we will refund you in full. We can promise that we will certainly try our best!  Please tell us in advance of any dietary requirements so the kitchen can look after you properly.
