Sourced from grapes that are selected row by row from the best parcels in their steep vineyard plots and it is only made when the vintage is deemed exceptional.Earthy aromas of wild mushrooms and wet earth. Black cherry comes through on the palate, pomegranate, leather and plum with taut structure and rich tannins. Fruit and spice linger between each robust sip. Endless finesse. Biodynamic. Surely one of the most interesting wines produced in Chianti.
