This is sublimely complex Lambrusco obtained by a classic method of vinification. Metodo Classico is also called the "champagne method" or "méthode champenoise" and refers to the natural second fermentation in the bottle in which the wine has been stored for a certain number of months typically 15 months, with dead yeast cells. Very expressing nose of toasted notes, dry and almost caramelised fruit, green walnut, floral sents, balsamic and resin hints. Bouquet of perfumes. On the palate the wine is fresh, sapid and elegant.
Food pairing : Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with freshwater fish, cured meats such as Prosciutto di Parma and salami, or fried foods.
