Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Antolini (2020) - Veneto (Valpolicella)
This precious olive oil is produced from seasoned olives of “Moròpio” and “Ca’ Coato” (Amarone production areas).
Hand harvesting of the olives between November and December and pressed in an oil mill nearby. The production is minimal – between 200-300 bottles. Bottle – 500 ml with anti-drip lid.
The colour is green and gold, and its delicate flavour bears a lemony aftertaste. Rare fragrance and finesse make this olive oil perfect for the ones who are looking for delicate flavours.
