THE WINE
Evelyn is a light orange wine. Ideal for the ones who are approaching the sn macerated wine world with baby steps, or for the ones who like to drink the last trends, but don't want to dare too much. 

Fermentation takes place on the skins for 20/40 days, followed by the ageing on the lees for about 12 months. The orange colour is marked, the aroma is persistent and rich thanks to the aromatic substances extracted.Both from the maceration on skin and the ageing sur lie. On the palate, it is well balanced, with a full and smooth taste and a pleasant savouriness. Pleasant tannins make it a perfect wine to drink with pork based dishes.

Not clarified and unfiltered. Limited production.
