Ca De Noci “Rugiada di San Giovanni” Nocino 500ml – Emilia Romagna
Nocino is a traditional Italian liqueur made from green (unripe) walnuts.
THE LIQUOR
This Nocino liqueur is produced using an ancient recipe from the Emilia Romagna region, from organically grown walnuts harvested in the early morning of June 24th, when the “Rugiada di San Giovanni” (dew of St. John) is said to imbue the nuts with special regenerative properties. The walnuts are infused in alcohol without added artificial aromas, then sweetened naturally. It is a deep brown, robust liquor with intense walnut aroma and rich flavours of nutmeg, cinnamon, and spices, balanced by a subtle sweetness and a smooth, warm finish. The production respects tradition, ensuring an artisanal, authentic product.
Enjoy as a digestif after meals or paired with rich desserts like chocolate or nut-based sweets.
