Bright, crispy and flinty metodo ancestrale wine.
Fermented and matured in clay Amphora placed underground in the cave-winery. Biodynamic principles all along.
On the palate some crunchy stone fruits and pear followed by mineral and citrus notes. Dry mouth feeling but creamy textured mid-palate, tropical fruits and yeasts. Finishing with a hint of bitter almonds proper to the Trebbiano.
Food pairing : Pasta with light sauces, antipasto platters, brushetta or a selection of cheeses.
