THE WINE
Bright, crispy and flinty metodo ancestrale wine.
Fermented and matured in clay, Amphora was placed underground in the cave winery. Biodynamic principles all along.
On the palate, there are some crunchy stone fruits and pear, followed by mineral and citrus notes. It has a dry mouth feeling but is creamy-textured mid-palate, with tropical fruits and yeasts. It finishes with a hint of bitter almonds proper to the Trebbiano.

Pasta with light sauces, antipasto platters, bruschetta or a selection of cheeses.
