Chardonnay.
THE WINE
Vigliano. Biodynamic, indigenous yeast, unfiltered. 20% of the grapes used for the wine are left in whole bunches for a short time (around a week) in contact with the grape skins in stainless steel tanks. Earthy aromas of beeswax, fresh hay and Acacia honey. Rich and warm on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel and long finish.

fantastic with shellfish, Tuscan Pecorino cheeses, delicate pastas or Mediterranean fish recipes.
