100% Nebbiolo from the Montefico cru’s Vigna Bric Mentina vineyard above Barbaresco village (Piedmont), on chalky limestone soils with exceptional southern exposure.

THE WINE
An elegant, powerful Barbaresco blending richness and tension despite the warm 2022 vintage. Aromas of ripe black cherry, blackberry, currant, flinty minerality, floral notes, and subtle spice. The palate is open and expressive with juicy dark fruit, fine grippy tannins, bright underlying freshness, chalky texture, peppery spice, and a markedly saline, mineral-infused finish. More accessible than Montestefano yet age-worthy (94-93 points).
