THE WINE
Always Ca ‘Nova offers, alongside a relevant line dedicated to the classic wines of the Langhe, an important selection of Barbaresco.

In particular, this Barbaresco DOCG represents the frankest and most immediate product of the entire company range, ideal for those who begin to approach the knowledge of this great Italian wine. The grapes ferment in steel tanks for about 18-20 days and the wine ages first in 3000-litre oak barrels for 16 months, and then for 10 additional months in the bottle.

To drink it immediately or to keep it in the cellar for a few more years, to taste it in a more advanced version: in both cases, it will not disappoint you.
Full-bodied with intense black cherry and raspberry notes, earth, beautiful spice, nice ripe tannins and good length. Organic.
