Anisos is full and structured but with a pleasant freshness, sapid and persistent. A complex, exquisite amber wine with an explosive nose with notes of peaches, saffron and vanilla notes with a cloud of light smoke, tropical aromas of pineapple and mirabelle plums, framed by pastry details such as butter and vanilla, honey and dried flowers.
On the palate body & structure with an explosive, juicy and ample finish.12 months in oak tonneaux.
Food pairing : Excellent to accompany a creamy burrata with roasted San Marzano tomatoes seasoned with olive oil and lemon emulsion.
