Outstanding red wine made in tiny quantities by 'il Maestro' Eugenio Rosi, self styled numero uno artisan wine maker from the Trentino. This wine is made from a blend of 3 vintages of Cabernet Franc because Eugenio wanted to make a wine with no sulphites and he realised that by blending in new wine to the barrel, it is naturally preserved better and so he only needs to use a smidgen of sulphite at bottling. The final total sulphur is only around 20 mg/litre. The wine is matured in various types of barrel before being hand bottled. Superbly harmonious : fruit in the front seat, oak perfectly understated and integrated. Biodynamic.
