THE WINE
Wine of great purity and elegance, coming from a native Trentino grape, Mazoni Bianco : cross breed between Roesling and Pinot Blanc. All deep stone fruits, apricot, lychee, notes of exotic herbs. Full-bodied palate, big and muscled, softened both by a chiseled minerality and an irreverent acidity.
