THE WINE
Wine of great purity and elegance, coming from a native Trentino grape, Mazoni Bianco: cross breed between Riesling and Pinot Blanc. All deep stone fruits, apricot, lychee, notes of exotic herbs. The full-bodied palate, big and muscled, is softened both by a chiselled minerality and an irreverent acidity.
