THE WINE
Two of the most famous international grape varieties from an uncommon producer: the wizard of Modigliana Emilio Pucci. Emilio has not stainless steel in his winery, and all the reds and this white are fermented in old large oak barrels. The extended ageing in barrels exposes the wine to micro-oxygenation, giving the wine exquisite oxidative notes along with meadow flowers, melon, and honeydew. Creamy and mouth-filling.
